外保温系统的材料进场时验收出厂质量证明文件,验收结果应经监理工程师检查认可，且应形成相应的验收记录。各种材料和构件的质量证明文件与相关技术资料应齐全，并应符合设计要求和国家现行有关标准的规定。
■外保温局部修复面积合计≥1000㎡时，验收内容如下：
材料进场验收+见证取样送检
当合计的面积满足此要求时，除了对外墙外保温相关材料进行进场验收质量证明文件外，施工单位取样人员应在监理工程师的见证下，按照有关规定现场随机抽样复验，合格后方可使用。
二、外墙外保温系统单元墙体修复
外墙外保温单元墙体修复工程相对于局部修工程来说要求较高，除了材料进场验收和见证取样复检项目外，还增加了完工后的实体检测项目。

外墙面裂缝渗漏维修前应对墙面的粉刷装饰层进行检查、修补和清理。墙面粉刷装饰层起壳、剥落和酥松等部分应凿除重新修补，墙面修补、清理后应坚实、平整，无浮渣、积垢和油渍。

墙体原采用弹性材料嵌缝的变形缝，应清除缝内已失效的嵌缝材料及浮灰、杂物，缝壁干燥后设置背衬材料，分层嵌填密封材料。密封材料与缝壁应粘牢封严；原采用金属折板盖缝的变形缝，应更换已锈蚀损坏的金属折板，折板应顺水流方向搭接，搭接长度不应小于40mm。金属折板应做好防锈处理后锚固在砖墙上，螺钉眼宜用与金属折板颜色相近的密封材料嵌填、密封。
